By-the-way was made so that I can once think back to my journeys and people I met.

I am more forgetful than I was before – or maybe not: I just remember less.

I recall where I´ve been, but I never know when I was where.

Now the blog can help me.

On my journeys by car criss-cross Europe it occurred to me that our prejudices almost never correspond with the actual situation at a given place. I search for people – your stories – your passions – and even your dreams if you reveal them to me.

That is certainly the best description.

And I would like to preserve such stories for myself, my children and anyone who may be interested and follows me.
